Outsourcing is not a new concept to HR, but there is a renewed interest and growth in BPO solutions. Researchers predict that demand for HR BPO services will increase dramatically in the next few years. Several factors are driving this growth: need to reduce costs; a desire to improve service levels and quality of delivery; and the business objective for HR to be more global and strategic.
As HR BPO grows, the demand increases for services that are flexible and go beyond just outsourcing payroll and benefit administration. Today, more functions such as training, recruiting and personnel development are being outsourced. This allows HR to focus on the strategic practices, leading to the company’s long-term success and competitive advantage.
What everyday HR functions can be outsourced and how will it affect the growth of the whole organization? Join Hugh MacDonald from CIBC and Andy Teng from HRO Today, as they share their experiences and thoughts about implementing HR BPO solutions.
Take away points include:
- Cost reduction as a number one motivator for HR BPO
- Best practices for fast growth with BPO
- How to reduce risks in HR outsourcing
The web conference is sponsored by YRCI, who will host a workshop presented by John Jaeger, President and CEO, following the keynote presentation and before the Q&A session. Registration is currently open at: http://www.xtalks.com/hrbpo.ashx
