We’re not a big corporate monster, but a young, fun site with a huge teen following so we couldn’t think of anyone better to represent us. Sanchez are decadent, outspoken and basically pretty childish, so we can relate!

ProfileHeaven , the UK’s largest social networking site and winner of Metrix Labs ‘Best Community Site of the Year’ for 2005 has sponsored Dirty Sanchez’s Dan Joyce in the annual Gumball challenge. Joyce’s car, a customised lightweight, twin turbo Nissan named The Angry Pirate, prepared by veteran Gumball campaigners Fuel who previously co-drove with Jackass’s Johnny Knoxville is going head to head to with Ferrari’s, Porsche’s and Lamborghini’s in a bid to win the high speed round the World race. The Gumball exploits of MTV’s popular pranksters are being blogged on ProfileHeaven and since the race began on Sunday the response from ProfileHeaven member and Sanchez fans has been overwhelming.

ProfileHeaven is recognised as the leading UK focused social networking site has an audience which is 96% UK derived. The typical demographic profile is 16-22 year olds with a 60% lean towards females. This positions ProfileHeaven as a leading destination in the valuable UK teen market and the tie up with Dirty Sanchez is an ideal fit.

Mark Harburn, Founder of ProfileHeaven said, "We’re not a big corporate monster, but a young, fun site with a huge teen following so we couldn’t think of anyone better to represent us. Sanchez are decadent, outspoken and basically pretty childish, so we can relate!"

The Dirty Sanchez Gumball blog, complete with photos can be seen at http://www.profileheaven.com/dirtysanchezgumball, which includes photos of a stunning firework display – launched from the groin of Joyce in Belgrade and drew the attention of the local police and resulted in a firm warning (that was immediately ignored).

The marathon around the World event started in London and finishes eight days later in Los Angeles at the Playboy Mansion and takes in Belgrade, Phuket, Bangkok, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. Dan Joyce commented in the ProfileHeaven blog about his race so far and co-driver, “Richie Warren is a hardcore Gumballer and he broke me on the first day. I am dying.” And this was after only two days. Richie’s Fuel Girls are also blogging the progress at http://www.profileheaven.com/the.fuel.girls and were there to see them off from London’s Trafalgar Square.

Unlike other competitors The Angry Pirate Team chose to fly in one of the three cargo planes with the cars instead of the private jets provided by Gumball organisers. It is believed that something untoward occurred at 30,000 feet. See The Dirty Sanchez Gumball blog to find out what exactly that might be.
