At its recent Partner Summit, Cisco Systems announced Unis Lumin has achieved its Customer Satisfaction Excellence distinction. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest designation a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program and is awarded to partners who have met and sustained a high level of customer satisfaction.
This distinction is recognized on the Cisco Partner site by a special gold star symbolizing the achievement beside Unis Lumin’s name. Now customers, Cisco personnel and partners using the Cisco website will be able to identify UNIS LUMIN as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.
