Portland, Ore. (PRWEB) May 5, 2006
Eleven® Wireless, a leader in on-demand software for broadband networks, and IP3 Networks®, a leading provider of access control devices for broadband networks, today announced their partnership. The companies have integrated their products to better serve hotel brands and properties with guest broadband offerings.
Both companies have built solid businesses in the hospitality industry. This integration allows the companies to bring greater value to the hospitality broadband industry. Hotels with IP3 gateways deployed can now use ElevenOS, the on-demand guest broadband software solution, to centrally manage their locations. Management can be organized by region, IT administrative staff, hotel flag or brand. Additionally, reporting, portal pages, purchasing plans and options can all be centralized and managed with all locations.
“We are pleased to be working with Eleven and be formally integrated with ElevenOS,” said Steve Rizzone, CEO of IP3. “Both our companies have made solid progress in the industry and will be able to significantly increase our breadth and depth by working together. This partnership demonstrates our continued focus in hospitality.”
“IP3 has certainly gained significant traction in the hospitality industry with their gateway deployments. This is exemplified by the growing number of major hotel brands and service providers deployed, such as those of Starwood and Kyber,” stated Kevin Macgillivray, CEO of Eleven. “This partnership is important to Eleven because it helps broaden our reach to their customer base and help to add value to their broadband service offering.”
“Eleven and IP3 working together is a natural fit, and we’re glad to see this happen. Both companies’ products are best of breed,” said Kirt Mulji, CEO of Kyber Networks. “We have IP3 gateways deployed at all our 40 locations and plan to have ElevenOS rolled out at all locations in 2006. This integration helps us deliver even better service to our hospitality customers.”
