The code entered by a call facilitator can be validated against this master list, ensuring that only valid codes are entered. A valid code must be entered for the call to proceed. The resulting benefit is that all call activity will be traceable to authorized accounting entities for more effective and efficient management of company costs.
Two other refined reporting capabilities include the option to require the entry of multiple accounting codes prior to call initiation as well as the ability to create expiring accounting codes which are valid only for a specified time period.
