Designated the eXpert 26xx series, the machines range from 10 kN (2,250 lbf) to 50kN (10,000 lbf) in tabletop configurations, and 50kN to 150 kN (30,000 lbf) in floor-standing models.

The eXpert 26xx line is designed to provide low-cost, accurate compression, tension and flexure testing of biomaterial, elastomer, film, foil, metal, packaging, plastics textile and wire materials components and structures. The units feature a fast-acting servo motor, twin ball-screws for superior axial alignment, stiffness and crosshead guidance. The floor-standing models have wide column spacing to accommodate large and specialized grips and fixtures, and temperature chambers, as well as large parts and structures.

ADMET offers three controllers for all of its eXpert testing machines starting with the low-cost, standalone eP Digital Controller and the Precise Controller, which both offer the ability to pre-program test routines and collect and export a wide range of test data. At the high end, ADMET offers the MTESTWindows™ PC/Windows-based materials testing software system which features a comprehensive set of monotonic, segmented or cyclic servo control profiles under load, position or strain control to perform virtually any test.

All of ADMET’s controllers feature fast-acting 32-bit microprocessors for accurate and repeatable testing. All systems exceed ASTM E4, BSENISO7500-1 : 2004, DIN 51221 and JIS B7721 standards for load accuracy and ASTM E83 and BSENISO9513 : 2002 standards for strain accuracy.
