Longbeach, California's Top Fitness Professional Teams up with "Dr. 90210" for the Ultimate Transformation
Emile Jarreau of M2Fitness takes Longbeach resident Bea Fox, mother of three, and prepares her for the final stages of her 20 year quest for competition glory.
Longbeach, CA (PRWEB) May 7, 2006 -- Local resident Bea Fox teams up with LBC top personal fitness consultant to make her body beautiful. "I had 3 beautiful kids when I was young and abandoned some of my goals" states Bea Fox, "and my fitness guru boyfriend suggested I give it a shot again!" So after making some major life changes...alcohol, fast/junk food and getting a membership at Gold's gym, the journey began again one year ago.
"I can see why so many people don't follow through with a goal like this. It's crazy! I've given up all the creature comforts that most adults work their whole lives to have" she goes on to say "as a collage age person, it's easy. Life has just started and hasn't begun to get in the way for a person to make excuses about missing the gym today."
The day begins with 60-90 minutes of cardio followed by meal #1. Then some work at the studio with admin or client's workouts, another meal and then back to the gym for a body part training session. Followed by stretching and a meal replacement shake for fast absorption. Take a shower, then another meal and a nap. It's time to eat again and work with clients. Follow up a "bank" of 3 client's with a pre workout shake and back to the gym for another body part and some cardio. A post work out shake and then another solid meal. Usually 6-9 meals per day to support the energy demands of the sport.
"To save time", Emile Jarreau of M2Fitness says "some meals and activities are out sourced, since some of our client's own local restaurants. We actually take naps most day's right at the studio to be close to food prep, Gold's gym and client sessions to save commute time. We see around 40-60 clients each week and still get to the gym.
Bea Fox has won her first contest and the shows over-all figure athlete at the Orange County Classic April 22. "Dr. 90210" staff will film Bea as she prepares to compete May 26-27 at the California Bodybuilding Figure Championships which will further prepare her for a pro qualifier, then the USA in Las Vegas July 28-29. Once these shows are completed, then the surgery with "Dr 90210" will be completed prior to Bea Fox's first pro show , The Olympia, the world's most recognized bodybuilding and figure show.
