After spending her savings to get her website designed and running, her unique project has finally come to fruition.

Kim Banks, who came up with the idea for the website said: "I am not just selling them a piece of paper." Kim states. "They get more than just a deed. Kim syas: "Obviously the main goal is to make money from this site, but if nothing else, it will make people smile or laugh, which is never a bad thing. People are either going to think that I am weird, or they will understand this is just a novelty thing, and they will really enjoy it."

Kim tells us that "Out of This World Real Estate" was first published on the Internet April 30th, 2006, and has already received thousands of hits. The traffic on her website has doubled each day, and she is hoping this trend will continue.
