Independent Accounting Firm Honored for Positive Work Environment.

The Boston Business Journal has named Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts in its fourth annual regional awards program. The honor recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.

The Westwood based accounting firm was one of more than 300 companies to qualify for consideration, making the top 20 list in its size category based on the results of employee-satisfaction surveys taken throughout the spring.

"We are very proud of our employees," said Neil Krug, Managing Partner of Gray, Gray & Gray. "And we're proud to be a winner of this award."

"For the fourth year in a row, our results validate how the creation of the right corporate culture can create powerful business advantages," said George Donnelly, Boston Business Journal editor. "Employees are proud to work for companies that are about more than just business."

The top 20 companies in four size categories - emerging (10-24 employees), small (25-100 employees), midsize (101-500 employees) and large (more than 500 employees) - will be profiled in a special supplement of the Boston Business Journal to be published on June 23, 2006.

Gray, Gray & Gray, LLP, is one of New England's leading independent accounting firms. The firm’s offices are located 34 Southwest Park, Westwood, MA 02090. For additional information, call (781) 407-0300.
