4500 Digital Video “People’s Choice” Competition Being Hosted by Haydenfilms

Haydenfilms [www.haydenfilms.com] is proud to host a competition among young filmmakers in the Berks County area where your votes help to determine the “People's Choice” winning video!
From Thursday, April 20 to Sunday, April 23, 2006, 24 teams from 10 Berks County schools competed in the First Annual 4500 Digital Video competition. Each team had 4500 Minutes, or 75 Hours, 3 Days to create an original short video between 2 to 7 minutes in length.
The top nine videos as chosen by the 4500 Digital Video judging panel on April 30 will be showcased in the Haydenfilms Theater at www.haydenfilms.com from May 8 through May 19, 2006. Haydenfilms members will vote on a total of 5 videos for any of their votes to be counted toward the selection of the “People’s Choice” winning video. The “People's Choice” winner will be announced at the GoggleWorks Music Video festival party in downtown Reading, Pa. on May 21, 2006.
Haydenfilms LLC, founded in 2001, is an independent film production and distribution company based in Kutztown, Pa. Its mission is to create and foster an online network of independent and student film producers, and to provide the support and resources necessary for filmmakers to succeed.
