High Gas Prices Fuel Telecommuting Craze as Radmin Experiences 75% Increase in Individual User Sales

As U.S. gas prices remain over $3 dollars per gallon in recent weeks, the leading company for systems remote administration - Famatech - announced they have recently experienced a 75% increase in individual user sales for their remote administration tool – Radmin.

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) May 16, 2006 -- As U.S. gas prices remain over $3 dollars per gallon in recent weeks, the leading company for systems remote administration - Famatech (http://www.famatech.com) - announced they have recently experienced a 75 percent increase in individual user sales for their remote administration tool – Radmin (http://www.radmin.com). Radmin is the most affordable software of its kind - $35 per lifetime license and the company offers a free trial version for 30 days - which the company says consumers have been purchasing at an unusually increased rate.

“We have had an outstanding increase in initial second quarter individual user sales,” said Dmitry Kurashev, President of Famatech International Corporation. “We believe this is due to the extraordinarily high gas prices, coupled with our telecommuting software product’s impenetrable security system and an affordable price point – well within the means of almost all consumers.”

Approximately 40 million U.S. workers telecommute on occasion, taking advantage of technology to work away from their office, according to the International Telework Association and Council. The average commute for American workers is 32-miles-a-day round trip and transportation costs are quickly eating up salaries. According to Mercer Human Resources, 44 percent of U.S. companies offered telecommuting options in 2005 – up 32 percent from 2001. As gas prices rise – the percentage of telecommuters is steadily increasing.

“With the recent announcement by U.S. Energy Secretary Sam Bodman that gas prices will be high for the next three years, we anticipate sales of Radmin for telecommuters will steadily increase based on recent activity,” said Nicholas Yevglevski, VP of Famatech International Corporation. “Radmin features the most stringent security available on the market and is the fastest remote control system - a simple dial-up modem has enough screen updates for comfortable work. There are no special hardware requirements - if a computer runs Windows, Radmin will run on it.”

Famatech's North American headquarters are based in Boca Raton, FL. For more information visit http://www.famatech.com.
