Complementing Bullhorn’s existing job publishing solution with Datafrenzy, Jobcast will enable the real-time posting of jobs directly to job boards at the click of a mouse. Applicant responses will then be parsed and indexed by Bullhorn. Jobcast enables open job orders in Bullhorn to be automatically extended to any job board or site, creating a powerful way to open Bullhorn’s job management and sourcing capabilities across the Internet to wherever candidates live.
Dragnet also brings tremendous innovation to the sourcing of candidates by providing recruiters with the capability to create candidate search agents against open job orders in Bullhorn, selecting multiple job boards and sites to search and harvest resumes. Once a search is completed, Dragnet will automatically parse the highest ranked candidates into the Bullhorn database. Effectively, Dragnet will transform the sourcing of candidates from a laborious, single minded task into a highly automated process that allows the recruiter to focus on the quality and speed of making multiple placements.
Through the use of Jobcast and Dragnet, Bullhorn candidate records become “evergreen,” updated automatically as new information about the candidates becomes available on the job boards, social networks and other Internet sites. Bullhorn will be a recruiter’s single source for up-to-date information on candidates, aggregating information publicly available from the Web and internal notes, history and activity.
