Bullhorn, the global leader in On Demand staffing and recruiting software, today announced a strategic alliance with Monster®, the leading global online careers resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc., to create real-time job posting from open job orders within Bullhorn to Monster. The alliance will include joint development, marketing and the implementation of service level monitoring to ensure the highest quality of service delivery to joint customers. Bullhorn will make a technology, codenamed Jobcast, available as part of the alliance, in early Q3 ’06 (please see today’s related announcement, Bullhorn Advances the Sourcing of Candidates).
“The convergence of employment and industry growth is moving staffing and recruiting firms toward leveraging a single, end-to-end front office solution that drives the complete sourcing, generating and filling of job orders with flexibility, speed and simplicity,” said Arthur Papas, CEO and co-founder of Bullhorn. “Our alliance with Monster advances sourcing toward the ultimate goal of fully automating the matching of candidates to job orders in the shortest time possible, no matter where those candidates reside.”
Bullhorn’s Jobcast, an integral component of Bullhorn, will enable the real-time posting of jobs between Bullhorn and Monster, which will also include the parsing of applicant responses directly into Bullhorn. Staffing professionals will be able to add, update and delete jobs on Monster through Bullhorn through a user interface specifically designed for the task, including providing feedback on the status of the job posting. Through joint development, Bullhorn and Monster will create a tight integration between their two platforms, leveraging industry standards, to ensure the utmost in performance and security. A service level agreement is also being put into place to ensure targeted service levels are achieved.
“Monster’s alliance with Bullhorn will establish a recruitment solution that integrates the job posting, applicant tracking and capture of sourcing information processes,” said Neal Bruce, Vice President of Alliances for Monster. “By joining forces, we will be able to offer customers a single platform that allows them to recruit top talent faster, smarter – and ultimately – more effectively.”
