Keystone Therapeutics, Inc. has signed an agreement with The Cleveland Clinic Health System of Cleveland, Ohio to provide their community hospital-based coumadin® clinics with DoseResponse® anticoagulation management software to support the management, documentation and reporting of anticoagulation management.
Keystone Therapeutics, Inc. will provide their secure, HIPAA compliant web-based software in addition to training and technical support.
The DoseResponse® anticoagulation management software system enables clinics, physician offices and health systems to create efficiency in their daily workflow, effectively manage their patients dosing with codified ACCP ( American College of Chest Physicians) guidelines and effectively track compliance and outcomes of individual patients, as well as their entire practice. The software is secure, HIPAA compliant and can easily be tailored to ft any workflow or dosing preference.
The four Cleveland Clinic Health System coumadin clinics that will initially implement the software – the Euclid, Huron, South Pointe and Hillcrest locations- manage over 1,000 patients and perform and record over 150 patient INR tests daily. Other Cleveland Clinic sites will be added throughout 2006 and 2007. Keystone Therapeutics, Inc.
