Management, along with its new financial and investment partners, has finalized agreements to acquire KeyStone Learning Systems Corporation and Global Learning Systems Inc.

Frederick, MD. (PRWEB) May 18, 2006 -- Management, along with its new financial and investment partners, has finalized agreements to acquire KeyStone Learning Systems Corporation and Global Learning Systems Inc.

The management team’s acquisition of the two companies from existing creditors resulted in the formation of a new parent company, Bancroft Technology Group, Inc. Bancroft will continue operations of these two well known companies in the training industry as separate LLC business units under names familiar to their customers and clients: KeyStone Learning Systems LLC (KLS) and Global Learning Systems LLC (GLS). Customers and clients will experience a seamless transition under the new operating units as infrastructure such as web-sites, URLs, ecommerce and corporate branding will remain in place. Each operating unit has retained its current staff and will continue to focus and build on the quality and service that KLS and GLS have long been known for.
