16-Year-Old Recording Artist Samantha Lombardi is Coming On Strong

Samantha Lombardi of MPM Artist Management has recently released her debut album Take Your Pi" and has signed a major deal with US based animation company, Taffy Ent/Discovery Kids/NBC to write the new theme for their latest episode series, Growing up Creepie due to air in the US in the fall.

Samantha Lombardi has signed a major deal with Taffy Ent / Mike Young Production. This team has been responsible for such animated mainstays as Todd World, Jakers and Pet Alien and others. Samantha will write and perform the new main title theme for a new (26) x (30) animated TV series entitled, “Growing up Creepie” which will air as part of the Discovery Block on NBC in the U.S. in the fall. The series has also been syndicated around the world and has been pre-sold back in Australia to the ABC Network and the Nickelodeon Network worldwide. Samantha’s original song, "Ordinary Day" recently peaked at number 8 on the top 40 charts at Air Radio UK in her second week. Her video for "Ordinary Day" reached number one the first week out on EATV http://www.evolvingartist.com/eaTV_Top10.aspx and has remained on the charts for the past two months. Both “Ordinary Day” and “Do You” sit high on the EATV charts and continue to climb with new votes every week. In January Samantha’s two singles “Young and Stupid” and “Ordinary Days” debuted in the U.S. and are receiving regular radio airplay. Samantha also recently received a Golden Kayak award for best hard rock song, "I'm Over You" at Independent Artist Company.

Additionally, Samantha has joined the roster of Undiscovered Artists www.undiscoveredartists.com , Undiscovered Artists! premiered worldwide at South by Southwest (SXSW) in March 2006. It is solely designed for the promotion and exposure of unsigned and independent artists. Undiscovered Artists is based in Italy, and is a division of Satellite Broadcasting Network, the ONLY European Internet radio service and the only European satellite radio service.

Samantha is now in the process of writing and demoing tracks for her new album and will be looking for a new licensing and release deal for this record entitled, “Journey to Full Stop.”
