Donald A Eisner, Ph.D. J.D. announces the opening of the Eisner Institute for Professional Studies(EIPS) beginning September 2006. EIPS offers Masters (M.A) , Doctorates (Psy.D.) and a Certificate in Forensic Psychology. The Psy.D. program requires a research oriented paper.

All programs are offered online to accommodate working adults across the United States and internationally. Our programs are designed to be delivered to motivated, self directed, mid career adults who are educationally qualified and able to work independently at the graduate level.

Forensic psychology is a dynamic field at the intersection of law and psychology. New career opportunities emerge : Trial and Jury Consultation, Divorce Mediation/Alterative Dispute Resolution, Expert Witness Testimony, University and College Teaching, Research on forensic issues such as eye witness testimony, Law Enforcement Agency Consultant, Administrator / provide clinical treatment in a forensic setting.

Donald A Eisner Ph.D. J.D. (http://www.eisnerinstitute.org) is the CEO of EIPS. He is a licensed psychologist and attorney. Dr. Eisner has been a visiting professor of Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University and taught courses on forensic assessment, legal writing and research, psychopathology and cognitive behavior therapy. Dr. Eisner is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Psychology. He has served as expert witness in State and Federal Court.
