Maryland Businesswoman Becomes Managing Partner of a New Non-Traditional Business

Sun Brite Supply is her second venture into a non-traditional field as she left a successful banking career 15 years ago to work for a long-established home maintenance and pressure washing business located in Maryland.

In early April, Linda took on the position as managing partner for Sun Brite Supply of Maryland, offering local contractors and skilled do-it-yourselfers the most complete line of pressure washers and pressure washing supplies available in the area.

Sun Brite Supply is her second venture into a non-traditional field as she left a successful banking career 15 years ago to work for a long-established home maintenance and pressure washing business located in Maryland.

From her extensive experience in the pressure washing industry, Linda concluded last year that the needs of local home maintenance businesses were not being met by supply stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. Linda saw the demand was there for a more specialized outlet and began to contact well established vendors across the nation.

Drawing on her knowledge in the home maintenance industry, she researched how such needs were being met in other areas, drew upon her national contact base and determined that the Sun Brite Corporation was the most effective way to meet this demand. Pete Marentay, the owner of Sun Brite Supply, a highly successful National distribution company for the power washing industry was intrigued by her suggestions and decided to open a Sun Brite Supply store in Maryland. In less than three months, the Gaithersburg business opened its doors.

Along with the Sun Brite product line, Linda has designed the business to serve as a parts and repair Center including a Training School for customers with a goal of increasing their bottom-line. By her vision, Sun Brite Supply of Maryland will not only be a place to pick up products but also attend training programs from the Power Washers of North America (www.pwna.org) to increase safety, proper power washing techniques and successful business practices in the area.

Sun Brite Supply of Maryland is located at 16620 Oakmont Avenue In Gaithersburg, Maryland. The store hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
