As a result of the agreement, HCI will also provide corporate membership to SkillSurvey, with associated access to education, resources and tool sets, to TMP's employee base and to selected TMP client companies.
In addition, HCI will make its own members and affiliates aware of SkillSurvey's tools and services as next-practice options for managing talent.
"As demand for talent increases, it becomes even more essential for organizations to implement best-in-class acquisition processes," said Allan Schweyer, HCI's Executive Director.
