Serguei Sofinski has been named CEO of the company, with overall control of products and strategy for the company. Former president and CEO Michael Choupak will continue as president of the company working on day-to-day strategy, and will also remain as chairman of the overall organization.

Intermedia.NET has also appointed Robert E. Leibholz as vice president, sales and business development. The company made two internal promotions, with Andrew Gachechiladze becoming vice president, product development and engineering, where he will run Intermedia.NET's large group of software developers and product engineers.
