New tools to assist franchisors by reducing the complexity of ordering and cost of printing for multiple franchisees.

Today, BargainPrinting.com officially unveiled proprietary tools that will assist franchisees with their printing orders by eliminating the complexity of ordering. The new proprietary technology tools are integrated into the current BargainPrinting.com platform, and allow franchisors to maintain full control over artwork, eliminating copyright infringement issues; as well as assisting them with their branding strategy by maintaining consistent message and image while reducing the complexity of ordering and the cost of printing for multiple franchisees.

“Our goals have always been working closely with our customers to improve our technology based on their feedback. Our technology makes us leaders in the printing industry and we are always striving to offer unparalleled user experience and user friendly tools in our current platforms,” Philip Kaskawits, Director of BargainPrinting.com said. “It is challenging servicing franchisors whose franchisees have a wide range of knowledge and expertise – when it comes to printing, but ultimately it is about them and the better and easier tools we provide, the more mainstream our product becomes. Any user despite their background and knowledge of design and print, will be able to use our applications, resulting in an easier experience on the BargainPrinting.com website.”

Abrakadoodle is one of the first franchisors to embrace and use this new technology and the new tools were presented to the franchisees earlier this month, during the Abrakadoodle annual national conference. The feedback was very positive. Karin Machusic, Director of PR for Abrakadoodle remarked, “As a fast-growing franchisor of art education, not only do we need to make the process of accessing and ordering materials as easy as possible for our franchisees, but we also need to produce high quality materials for our end customers given the nature of our visual arts business. BargainPrinting.com satisfies both requirements. Our owners were excited to see Bargain Printing’s new technology and artwork management tools, which were unveiled at our annual national conference.”

Templates/Artwork Hosting

Franchisors who prefer to centralize their marketing message and artwork, as well as accomplish consistent printing for brand building, can take advantage of this feature that allows artwork hosting and free personalization and proofs. The franchisees have access to viewing, selecting and having the artwork personalized, but they do not need to deal with the files, something that eliminates errors, and at the same time, we assure the quality of printing by always having in hand top quality artwork. The artwork that is usually provided by the franchisor is hosted by BargainPrinting.com but can be updated or changed at any time.

Account Management Tools

The new BargainPrinting.com account management platform, offers the capability to manage printing under a central account. The sub-user management system allows the master account holder to add sub-users, authorize or reject their print orders, while the sub-users are responsible for placing the order, deal with artwork if needed and track their orders. The new account management tools are key for franchisors, who manage printing for multiple franchisee locations nationwide. The franchisees print buyers can log on to their account and have full access to their order history, tracking numbers, invoices and more. In addition the master account holder can set up sub-users to manage the printing of the company efficiently.
