RNL Named Top Architecture/Design Firm
Global design firm recognized by The Denver Business Journal during its 50th anniversary.
(PRWEB) May 21, 2006 -- RNL was named top architecture/design firm this morning by The Denver Business Journal. The firm was one of three finalists selected after open nominations from its readers. RNL's President, Richard von Luhrte, FAIA, accepted the award on behalf of the firm at the paper's Top Real Estate Deals awards breakfast held at the Adams Mark Hotel in Denver.
The paper cited RNL's 50-year history, its merger with BrendleAPV, the international scope of its projects, and its commitment to sustainability and the community as factors in the selection. The firm is headquartered in Denver with offices in Los Angeles and Phoenix, and is in the midst of opening an office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to help support its growing international clientele. RNL is providing design and master planning for several large-scale projects in the Middle East and Asia.
Domestically, RNL is providing architecture, engineering, interior design, landscape architecture and urban design for a number of projects across the U.S. Representative projects include the Commerce City Civic and Justice Center in Colorado, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority West Los Angeles Facility in California, and the East Valley Metro Bus Facility in Tempe Arizona, all of which are pursuing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
RNL's revenues in 2005 were $32 million, a 37% increase from 2004.
