Gingerich, a recognized industry leader with experience on both the Diversity and Talent Acquisition teams at MasterCard, earned his degree in Human Resources Management from S.U.N.Y. Empire State College in NY.

Professional associations include the Society for Human Resources Management, HR/NY and CT Human Resources Association of New York, The Conference Board’s Council on Workforce Diversity III, and The Alliance for Work-Life Progress.
