The 498 Web sites naming Web analytics software packages they use include e-commerce sites such as 1800Flowers, JCrew, and JetBlue Airways. Publishers Knight Ridder Digital, Reuters, and Financial Times name their sites' Web analytics vendors. Technology companies' Web analytics suppliers are also revealed, including which software packages are used by Microsoft, Agilent Technologies, Lockheed Martion, HP, and Intuit.
