Company’s Professional Services Organization Earns Recognition In Best Customer Service Organization Competition

The International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

To deliver the highest level of customer service possible, sophisticated tools and processes are an integral part of every Vendavo PSO project:

·    Launch Project Portal. Within hours of a new contract signing, Launch, Vendavo’s 24x7 project portal, goes live to provide pricing team members worldwide a secure project communication environment. Launch houses all of the materials needed to successfully deploy a customer’s pricing solution, including a detailed, 400-step project plan.

·    Iterative Methodology. Customer solutions come to life by configuring the application in multiple iterations. In each iteration customers review features, validate the solution and recommend changes. Additional features are then delivered, reviewed and validated on an ongoing basis. This iterative process ensures a higher quality output, faster rollouts, enthusiastic user adoption and high customer satisfaction.

·    Account Manager Program. Although individual teams drive execution during each phase of deployment, Vendavo’s Account Manager program provides a single point of contact for each customer. From pre-sales through post-sales support, the Account Manager provides multiple touch-points and quality follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

·    Training Program. Vendavo’s extended PSO team includes full-time employees and contracted professionals in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Education and relationships are keys to success. First, each team member undergoes a rigorous two-week course when hired to thoroughly understand Vendavo’s methodology, application and technology. Then, international team members spend three-month U.S. rotations each year to ensure that their technical skills and relationships with customers and headquarters staff remain strong and up-to-date. To further strengthen the program and bridge time zone differences, an engagement manager and technical lead reside permanently at Vendavo headquarters, easing communication, providing leadership and offering mentorship.
