CrossTec provides sales and support for Activeworx Security Center, a security information management software solution developed in South Florida. Richmond Systems develops Richmond SupportDesk, a market leading help desk tracking and management solution. Both products offer a cost-effective solution for their respective IT markets.

CrossTec and Richmond share many synergies - each provides toll-free support, personalized consulting and sales along with multiple training options for enterprises, government agencies and Resellers. CrossTec and Richmond have award-winning channel programs which have proved to be market makers for their various product lines over the years.
