“The Ties That Bind” is a film for anyone who has given their heart and soul to someone to only have it broken and be betrayed in return. At the center of this story is Devin (Played by DeLon Howell) who has endured his share of demons and disappointments throughout his life. Devin wants to do the right thing but some how makes the wrong choices instead. Devin’s only sense of joy comes from his longtime girlfriend Lynda (Played by Lori Lewis) who through the good times and the bad, stands by Devin side even at the obvious disapproval from her best friend Debra (Played by Nicole Pettis).
