Rosalind McLymont, editor in chief of The Network Journal, presented the inaugural lecture at this month¹s launch of the prestigious Ron H. Brown Lecture Series on Global Entrepreneurship at Southeastern University in Washington, D.C.

New York, New York (PRWEB) May 28, 2006 -- Rosalind McLymont, editor in chief of The Network Journal, presented the inaugural lecture at this month's launch of the prestigious Ron H. Brown Lecture Series on Global Entrepreneurship at Southeastern University in Washington, D.C.

The series is a joint initiative of the university¹s Center for Entrepreneurship and the "African Partnership for Global Enterprise and Commerce (AAPGEC), a new international trade organization in Washington.

The inaugural lecture, titled "The Global Entrepreneur," took place on May 18, the eve of McLymont¹s appearance at Book Expo America for the signing of her groundbreaking novel, Middle Ground (Beckham 2006, ISBN 0-931761-17-4).

McLymont is an expert in global business, a theme she covers in Middle Ground. The lecture series was originally scheduled to kick off around the end of May/first part of June but the organizers moved up the date to take
advantage of McLymont¹s BEA appearance.

Reader Comments:

“I really enjoyed the book. I stayed up for two nights into the wee hours since I just had to finish it. Great work! Fast paced, not boring in any part with a great blend of tragedy, humor, history, romance, espionage, politics, business and suspense! Way to go.”
— Felicia Persaud, hardbeatnews.com, caribworldnews.com.

“A winner! I love the way you were able to weave together a love story, a woman's search for her roots, international intrigue, a suspense thriller and your knowledge of trade and transportation. Quite a surprise ending! Middle Ground is both a thriller and a tearjerker.”
— William Armbruster, Editor, Shipping Digest
