California-based Pronto Professional Seminars, the company that combines vacationing in Italy with continuing education credits for professionals, today announced its flagship program to be set in Sorrento, Italy. The program will be geared to psychologists, marriage and family therapists and social workers from North America, Europe and the UK. The spring 2007 program is entitled Love, Sex and Intimacy: Working More Effectively with Individuals and Couples, and will run from Sunday, May 13th to Saturday, May 19th, 2007 (7 days, 6 nights). Led by internationally respected sex therapist Marty Klein, Ph.D., the workshop will explore innovative ways of helping clients communicate about sex, love and intimacy. Participants will earn 20 CE credits. Pronto’s programs combine the highest quality subject matter experts with a memorable cultural experience.

The Pronto Professional Seminars flagship program is bound to fill up quickly. Dr. Klein, the featured sex therapist with over two decades of experience, states, “We will discuss what people say they want from intimate relationships, exactly how they prevent themselves from getting it—and why. We’ll talk frankly about how patients really experience sex. We’ll also look at how therapists sometimes collude with patients’ dysfunctional beliefs, decisions, and behavior.” According to seminar participants from Vancouver to Casablanca to Moscow, Dr. Klein’s presentations are consistently thought-provoking, practical, and entertaining.
