Nashua, NH (PRWEB) May 31, 2006 -- Charlie Pike, Technical Director of The Paciello Group (TPG, LLP) announced that renowned web accessibility evangelist, Gez Lemon has joined TPG. Lemon will lead TPG efforts in AJAX and web application development out of the TPG UK office.
“Gez is a great addition to our team,” said Pike. “Our clients are already experiencing the benefits of his background in web application development, particularly clients building AJAX enhanced applications that must meet international and US accessibility standards. This is a huge win for TPG.”
Lemon is perhaps best known for his web accessibility tool development through Juicy Studio (http://juicystudio.com). Along with WAT-C director Steven Faulkner, Lemon co-authored the article, “Making AJAX Work with Screen Readers”. The article can be found on the Juicy Studio home page.
“I’m very proud to have joined TPG,” said Lemon. “Having worked solely for design-led companies, I have learned that it's best to let the designers do their part first, and fit the architecture and other software engineering principles in retrospect. I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to work for a company that appreciates the importance of the architecture and usability.”
