ViewEZ is a professional-grade development tool, allowing Notes professionals to oversee and update all views and columns throughout a Lotus Notes and Domino database. It reduces the development workload with time-saving features that are not available in the Domino Designer.
Developers can use ViewEZ to change all view properties at once to ensure a consistent look in a database application, or update column properties and formulas across multiple views. It allows for “drag and drop” insertion/repositioning of columns across different views (even between databases), and provides columns sorted by properties for straightforward analysis.
Other functions include a “column analyzer” to ensure consistency and proper organization of columns in an application. Backwards compatible with Lotus Notes and Domino R4.6x to R7.x, developers can take advantage of the Shared Columns capability introduced in Lotus Notes and Domino 7. Through ViewEZ developers can even apply Shared Columns for previous releases of Notes (i.e. R4.6, R5 and R6).
