Xbox 360™ Videogame Producer Adrian Crook Named 'Producer of the Year' in Sixth Annual Canadian New Media Awards

The industry’s most prominent advocates and entrepreneurs awarded on May 29.

Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) June 2, 2006 -- Adrian Crook, the producer of the innovative Xbox 360™ videogame, The Outfit™, has been recognized as one of Canada’s new media leaders. Adrian Crook was awarded a prestigious Pixel award in recognition of his significant achievements in new media over the past year in the “Producer of the Year” category of the 2006 Canadian New Media Awards (CNMA). Celebrity host, Alan Park from the Royal Canadian Air Farce joined industry supporters on May 29th, 2006 to celebrate and present the Awards at The Carlu in Toronto.

All award recipients were selected by a 135 member jury recruited from the industry and higher education institutions in new media from across the country as well from the members of the Canadian Coalition of New Media Associations. The recipients hailed from all across the country and represented a wide range of government, private and public organizations from every facet of the new media industry including programmers, designers, educators and advocates.
