The first of Laura Dion-Jones Casey's weekly “Motivational Monday Lunchtime Fitness Walks” is scheduled to begin this coming Monday, June 5th at 12:00 noon. Meeting at the foot of the Picasso Statue in downtown Chicago's centrally located Daley Plaza, Laura's weekly motivational and fitness walks are geared specifically for workers in City Hall, the Thompson Center, the Daley Center and the rest of the Loop who are looking for the motivation to walk daily, lose weight and get healthier, but can't seem to do it by themselves.

What separates Laura's approach from the rest of the health and fitness pack is her emphasis on the complete fitness makeover package. Her extensive background in the hair and fashion industries placed her as one of the nation's first and top Plus Size designers from 1986-1998. She was also one of the nation's first and top Plus Size models from 1980-1988. Personal appearance makeovers are her specialty and Laura has hundreds of successful transformations for women as well as men to her credit.
