i-enroller provides an automated enrollment solution in combination with MBP’s billing and eligibility consolidation product to accommodate their clients’ needs.

Cadre Consulting Group, LLC and Managed Benefit Plans Inc. announce the licensing of the i-enroller solution for employee benefits enrollment as an integral part of MBP’s client administrative services. The i-enroller solution delivers a simple and effective Plan enrollment option which integrates into MBP’s eligibility system and enables MBP to provide an even higher level of service and satisfaction to their clients.

The i-enroller system makes it possible for MBP to respond quickly to client enrollment needs through its unique architecture facilitating same-day set up and enrollment. i-enroller’s integrated web, interactive PDF and paper enrollment processes allow the client to match their employees’ access to, and comfort with technology to the appropriate i-enroller enrollment median. The i-enroller system also provides easy access for brokers and clients to monitor and proactively manage the enrollment process.

“As a TPA, you make a significant investment into claims and eligibility systems; however, the enrollment process remained a challenge for our clients. i-enroller provides the tool our clients need. The set-up time is minimal and the result is exactly what our clients require. The system is flexible enough to handle the enrollment requirements of a 50 or 5,000-employee life group in a multi-lingual format,” said Bill Boudreau, CEO of MBP.

“We have built a responsive and innovative TPA at MBP. The expansion of our administrative service offerings to include a consolidated billing platform (“OneBill”) and an effective and flexible enrollment solution through i-enroller was a natural extension of our business,” said Joanne Filardo, President of MBP.
