Cellulartrace.com Announces Return of Rush Service
The investigative team at Cellulartrace.com announced Tuesday that their previously-available prioritized searches are once again available. Customers can now expediate their reverse lookup searches and obtain their results the same their order is placed.
Calgary, Alberta (PRWEB) June 8, 2006 -- An industry leader for several years, the investigative website, Cellulartrace.com announced Tuesday the return of prioritized searches. Having offered a "rush" option on its skip tracing services originally, the Alberta-based cell phone research firm canceled the feature earlier this year citing staffing issues and a reduced customer demand. Both situations have been remedied says CEO Mark McAlpin.
"For months prior to the cancellation of the prioritized program, the bulk of our service requests seemed to be coming from individuals, or at least businesses without much of a sense of urgency. For the past few weeks we've had investigators and finance adjusters [industry jargon for the repo man begging for rush services."
The renewed rush service (available on the company's website since May 29th) prioritizes search requests. For an additional "rush" fee, Cellulartrace.com clients can have the results of their number search sent to them within five hours, guarantying same-day results. Obtaining the info the same day the order is placed can make all the difference in the world when working a case or trying to locate a person.
McAlpin says that even though demand for the faster result times is at an all-time high, the price will remain the same as it was.
"Look, we've had customers using us exclusively. We're not going to just turn around and gaff them with high prices because of an increased demand for faster reverse lookup searches."
Cellulartrace.com provides investigators, recovery agents, collectors and assorted other skip tracing professionals with cellular CNA information. CNA stands for customer name and address. The service traces a known cell phone number into the name and address of the phone's owner—information quite valuable to an investigation.
Long-time client Bobby Stout of R.G. Stout Towing Recovery in Dallas has used McAlpin's phone trace service for over a year and was excited about the faster search service being available once again.
"It'll help, that's for sure. When you got a car your tryin' to pop and don't know where it is, it gets awful frustrating. These skips don't stay put too long, so you need that address quick as you get that phone number." Bobby explains quite seriously in a trained Texas drawl.
"I'll bet ya we pick up another 10 cars a month with the rush service."
McAlpin, an investigator with over ten years of experience, is certain the newly available feature will attract more new clients who will benefit from his number search service. Currently his number tracing service assists the law enforcement, finance, private investigations and legal industries.
