WHO: As an expert advisor for the HCI Human Capital Analytics Research and Learning track, Joanne Bintliff-Ritchie brings more than 25 years in the human resources industry and deep expertise in HR metrics and measurement to the HCI learning community. She has a strong background as an HR executive as well as extensive experience in HR management, technology transformation, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions/divestitures/joint ventures, change management, team dynamics, staffing, employee relations, and leadership development. In her current role as Chief Strategist, Bintliff-Ritchie is responsible for directing product strategy related to DoubleStar’s Workforce Solutions practice including the Workforce Insight suite – DoubleStar’s leading workforce analytics solution.
