Bidonland.com will begin giving all new users during the month of June, 2006, who register on the site a $5.00 credit towards a first auction post.

Bidonland.com also in that spirit will discount real estate posting fees by 50 percent to first time users for the month of June, 2006. The Web site explains that to get the 50 percent discount, all that needs to be done is mention seeing the press release when sending in the executed real estate agreement located on their Web site.

With its launch May 1, 2006, this Web site provides bankers, mortgage bankers, property managers, real estate professionals and the general public an opportunity to post property, acreage, homes, land, vacant lots, buildings, and other real estate items. Properties donated to a nonprofit by a donor will benefit both parties. The owner receives a tax deduction and the nonprofit realizes a monetary donation.

Anyone can register to sell or bid on items listed in other categories using auction services offered by bidonland.com. The site makes the process simple.

For the general public, sign up using the on-line agreement (there is a plugin that downloads automatically to allow you to read and print the agreement) execute the document, specify whether it’s a regular auction or donation auction benefiting a specified nonprofit.

Mail it to the Web master. The Web master handles the rest of the process. The nonprofit gets a donation and the donor will get a tax deduction.

The site has no holdbacks or hidden fees for holding your very own auction.

The winning bid is all anyone pays at bidonland.com.
