The module is a success predictor for your candidates that helps staffing firms to save money by screening candidates before performing costly background checks and skills testing. VCG SuccessCheck is easy to integrate with a staffing and recruiting firm’s Web site, enabling potential employees and candidates to take assessment tests anywhere at any time. Results are automatically included in the candidate/employee record for review and search.
VCG SuccessCheck has two assessment components – an honesty and integrity test and a personality and cognition test. The honesty and integrity test gives recruiters the ability to assess whether a candidate’s values match a company’s culture. The personality and cognition test applies results to 30 different job categories in an easy-to-understand format – ultimately suggesting jobs/placements where a candidate would be a good fit. This helps recruiters find high quality placements quickly.
