By land and by sea. While Atlantis Adventures are known for their luxurious and exciting submarine expeditions, the attractions have much more to offer with boat excursions, snorkeling tours and land excursions on some of the most beautiful islands in the world. Take a wild ride for two on a self-guided motorboat safari in Aruba, a scenic bus tour throughout Barbados’ famous gullies, a kayak journey along Grand Cayman’s secluded, turtle-inhabited shorelines and much more. Whatever your taste, Atlantis has an adventure that will create a vacation memory.
A kid’s paradise. Wondering what to do for the next family vacation? Want something fun and educational for the little ones? There’s no better way to teach them about the ocean than to let them see it first hand. Atlantis submarines have large, clear windows allowing kids to get an up-close glimpse of marine plants and animals while listening to the co-pilot’s entertaining and informative narration. Ages three and up are welcomed to climb aboard any of the Atlantis submarines in the Caribbean region and kids get half price.
A romantic getaway. For newlyweds, newly engaged, or any two people who are crazy about each other, Atlantis Adventures offers romantic catamaran sailboat excursions from St. Thomas to St. John. The 49-passenger boat glides through the mangrove lagoons and passes semi-secluded beaches, then stops to let passengers take a dip and snorkel in the clear waters of Honeymoon Beach. On the way back to St. Thomas, passengers may indulge in complimentary champagne and chocolate while watching the sunset.
Fish tales. You’ve seen movies about creatures under the sea, but it’s nothing compared to embarking on one of Atlantis Adventures’ submarine tours. The difference is in what lies on the other side of the sub’s glass windows: real marine life! It’s not every day that one locks eyes with a fierce barracuda, a sly Moray eel or a graceful angelfish. In addition to sighting the wide variety of colorful, exotic tropical fish, passengers learn about the ecology of the ecosystem, behavioral patterns of fish and their feeding habits, how corals grow and how fish and other marine life compete for survival in their world.
