To qualify for the next round (voting), all nominated blogs and podcasts must be on the topic of marketing, advertising or PR. They must also have been published at least weekly since January 1st 2006, and written by a named individual or group of named individuals. Yes, blogs written in languages aside from English may be nominated as well.
MarketingSherpa's 237,000 readership serve as the judges for the awards. Readers will be invited to vote on nominees in 10 categories, including Best Blog on Search Marketing, Best Blog on Advertising, and Best Blog on Email Marketing.
Past winners of MarketingSherpa's Reader's Choice Awards include Seth Godin, AdRants, and the B2B Lead Generation Blog.
