McGuckin brings more than two decades of food industry experience to the Company. The newly created Executive Vice President position reflects Sabra’s recent and anticipated sales growth.
McGuckin held senior sales positions with J&J Snack Foods, Aurora Foods and Kraft Foods before joining Sabra. Recognized for his strategic thinking, strong management and innovative sales techniques, McGuckin will be tasked with increasing Sabra’s market share, expanding distribution and managing the Company’s national sales force.

McGuckin joins Sabra from J&J Snack Foods where he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. There, he effectively transitioned Country Home Bakers into a profitable division of J&J, expanded distribution and developed a proprietary sales system which enabled the company to effectively compete in the marketplace. Prior to joining J&J Snack Foods, McGuckin headed sales teams at Celentano Brothers and Aurora Foods. Earlier in his career, McGuckin served as a sales manager for Kraft Foods and held senior positions with a leading Food Broker.
After serving in the U.S. Military, McGuckin received his Associate Degree from Ocean County College and later pursued his secondary Education degree at Rutgers University. He was a member of the Kraft, Kellogg, Quaker, Con Agra, and Dean Food Broker advisory boards. His teams have received many industry awards in recognition of their success in building record sales and profits.
