Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 14, 2006
One of the nation’s leading authorities on the issues facing leaders and executives, Patrick Morley, will be once again focusing his time and energy on keynote speaking, leadership retreats, and seminars. Patrick announced his intentions after recently completing a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University.
Speaking from his office in Orlando, FL, Patrick explains: “Leaders today are tired. They are using all of their energy, but not all of their capacity. It doesn’t have to be that way. With over 30 years experience as the CEO of a large privately held company and the CEO of a substantial nonprofit I am able to identify with the challenges that face top executives.”
In 1973 Patrick founded Morley Properties, which, for several years, was hailed as one of Florida's 100 largest privately held companies. During this time he was the president or managing partner of fifty-nine companies and partnerships.
In 1989 he wrote The Man in the Mirror, a landmark book that poured from his own search for meaning and purpose. With nearly 3,000,000 copies, this best-selling book has captured the imaginations of hundreds of thousands of men worldwide, and was selected as one of “the 100 Christian books that changed the twentieth century.”
In 1991 he founded Man in the Mirror, a non-profit organization to help men find meaning and purpose in life. Man in the Mirror has become an internationally recognized leadership training organization.
Through his speaking and writing he remains a tireless advocate for executives and entrepreneurs, encouraging and inspiring them to change their lives. He has authored 12 books.
His expertise and professional training include leadership, organizational change, and privately held companies. In addition to keynote speaking, Patrick conducts one and two day Leadership Renewal Retreats.
