Thought Leader Michael Brennan Joins Strategic Consultancy to Help Customers Design Learning and Performance Management Strategies

Knowledge Infusion, the consulting authority on human capital management (HCM) technology, today announces the company continues to bring customers world-class knowledge and experience with the addition of Michael Brennan to its team of experts. Joining as Principal Consultant focused on Talent Management, Brennan will work closely with customers to help them design their learning and performance strategies and processes and evaluate industry leading content and software solutions.

As a recognized thought leader in the learning management area, Brennan will provide Knowledge Infusion customers with a wealth of experience, deep knowledge of the learning and development market, and broad perspective on HR and learning technologies gained during his time at IDC, a premier global market intelligence firm, and WBT Systems, provider of the TopClass eLearning suite.

Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Brennan held various roles in the learning and development industry, conducting research, consulting, and business development activities. Most recently, he managed several client learning management implementations and business development initiatives at WBT Systems. Prior to that, Brennan spent four years with IDC. In his role as Program Director for IDC’s two Learning Services research programs, he led field research in such areas as blended learning best practices, training outsourcing, leadership development, workforce performance management adoption, IT certification, corporate learning governance, learning technology adoption, and the use of customer/partner education as a marketing tool.

In addition to speaking at numerous industry events including ASTD, CLO Symposium, Training as well as client and New England Learning Association (NELA) events, Brennan has contributed to numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, InformationWeek, Computerworld, Chief Learning Officer and Training magazine.
