Promo Only, Inc. Provides Statement Regarding Musicrypt Countersuit
Promo Only, Inc. (www.promoonly.com) today responded to Musicrypt’s countersuit against Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. and Promo Only, Inc. (Case No. T-413-06).
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 12, 2006 -- Promo Only, Inc. (www.promoonly.com) today responded to Musicrypt’s countersuit against Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. and Promo Only, Inc. (Case No. T-413-06) with the following statement:
“We feel confident that Promo Only MPE does not infringe upon Musicrypt’s patent,” said Jim Robinson, President and CEO of Promo Only, Inc. “When our partner, Destiny Media Technologies, Inc., became aware that Musicrypt was claiming infringement, they launched a suit to have a judge clarify the issue. We understand that Musicrypt has named us in a counterclaim, but neither Promo Only nor Promo Only Canada has been served by Musicrypt."
Promo Only MPE has consistently delivered the most tracks to radio and achieved the highest adoption rate across all formats of any digital distribution service currently available.
