Image1 Introduces Interactive Online Core Return Program

Customers can now manage their core returns online via the Image1 website.

Image1 is unveiling an easy-to-use interactive online core management portal that streamlines the core return process. Image1 customers can accurately manage the core return process, as well as access Image1 communication tools. The portal is just another example of Image1’s customer-centric focus.

Image1 customers can enter the number of cores on each open RMA, input shipping/tracking information and add comments for each core shipment being returned. With one click, the information is stored, a customized packing list is generated, and the shipment is accessible on Image1’s website as ‘in transit’ until the cores arrive and are processed.
