Capella University Sponsors 2006 Cleveland Corporate Challenge

Online university to sponsor 16 athletic events throughout the summer.

Capella University, an accredited online university and a leader in online education, is sponsoring the 2006 Cleveland Corporate Challenge, which kicks off June 15 with an opening party.

The Cleveland Corporate Challenge is an opportunity for organizations in northeast Ohio to promote teambuilding, camaraderie and fitness among employees. Participating companies form teams made up of employees and their spouses/significant others and compete against other corporate teams in activities such as softball, dodge ball, miniature golf, and volleyball. More than 80 teams participated in the Cleveland Corporate Challenge in 2005.

Companies compete against other organizations of similar sizes, with the ultimate goal of winning an engraved Corporate Cup. The winning companies will have a donation made to the charity of their choice.
