The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, one of the largest recruitment advertising agencies in North America, announced today that TMP Worldwide will support HCI initiatives as a global underwriter, helping bring the latest human capital education, metrics, and tools to leading corporations.

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, one of the largest recruitment advertising agencies in North America, announced today that TMP Worldwide will support HCI initiatives as a global underwriter, helping bring the latest human capital education, metrics, and tools to leading corporations.

Together with HCI, TMP Worldwide is currently sponsoring "Leadership in Action: Your Role in Creating a Great Place to Work®," an executive seminar featuring Hal Adler of the Great Place to Work® Institute that's being offered in key cities throughout the United States.

Also featured are TMP Worldwide's Dr. David Kippen, VP of Global Brand Strategy, and Rob O'Keefe, VP of Brand Strategy. Kippen and O'Keefe, renowned experts on employment brand research, strategy and realization, will focus on the intersection of employment brand development and "Best Places to Work" as a key business driver/strategy.

TMP Worldwide was also a Diamond sponsor of the Human Capital Institute's inaugural National Human Capital Summit.
