In this free podcast, dubbed the "Marketing Success" podcast, Debbie LaChusa, founder of 10stepmarketing, interviews what she calls "average, everyday solo-professionals" to find out what they're doing to successfully market themselves.
"These are real people sharing what they're doing in the real world to make their businesses successful," says LaChusa. "There are so many gurus out there telling people what to do to be successful. Yet, according to Entrepreneur Magazine, the failure rate for new businesses is 80%. Somewhere there's a big disconnect, so I wanted to talk to real people in the trenches to see exactly what they're doing to market successfully," explained LaChusa.
These free "Marketing Success" podcast interviews are posted every Friday on LaChusa's blog at http://www.10stepmarketingConnection.com. She also shares weekly marketing "how to" and motivational tips. Blog visitors have the option to read or listen to these tips via podcast or mp3 audio, and to post comments.
LaChusa said her goal is to create a small business marketing community where solo-professionals can pick-up simple small business marketing tips, learn how to create and implement their own marketing plan, and share their own marketing challenges and success stories.
