NetSupport DNA polled almost 15% of the votes in the "Best Asset Management" category, beating LANDesk, Altiris and NetOp solutions. Calling the product "unbelievably easy to install," one technology director wrote, "We installed it during our recess and had management information available by the time lessons started."
NetSupport DNA also ranked in the top 5 with eSchool news readers for "Best Automatic software distribution", with DNA receiving more votes than Microsoft SMS, Altiris Deployment server and LANDesk management suite. For the category of "Best Remote Access and Control software", sister product NetSupport Manager remote control software again ranked in the top 5, beating products including Microsoft SMS, NetOp remote, VNC and Altiris Client management suite.
