Kaleici Leisure Group Returns To The Web: Internet Presence Is Back Online
Following a three month break away from Internet operations, the Kaleici Leisure Group web site (kaleicileisure.com) returned to normal operations today. The web site was originally taken offline to allow the company time to position a new office located in Asia, and having completed the first phase of that project, the company has resumed normal business operations.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) June 19, 2006 –- Following a three month break away from Internet operations, the Kaleici Leisure Group web site (www.kaleicileisure.com) returned to normal operations today. The web site was originally taken offline to allow the company time to position a new office located in Asia, and having completed the first phase of that project, the company has resumed normal business operations.
Having always maintained a strong presence in the Las Vegas area, the company felt it was time to expand it’s borders into South East Asia following developments that took place in the region last year. Macau, a sovereign province on the edge of mainland China lifted a monopoly held by casino mogul Stanley Ho to allow for open competition in the marketplace, and Singapore lifted a 40 year ban on gambling to allow for the development of Las Vegas style resorts.
“Having a Las Vegas presence is critical to anyone working in the gaming industry,” states Jerry Garner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaleici Leisure Group, “but to operate on a global level it is also essential to open offices abroad. Our research pointed to Asia as the strongest growth market in coming decades, and made it a natural choice for opening our first office outside of the United States.”
In addition to the return of the company’s main web site, the web site for their Cashless Gaming Devices division has also returned (www.cashlessgaming.com). Both web sites had been removed due to an unusually large amount of business that could not be resolved while management was dispersed around the world.
“If it had just been our normal amount of business we could have managed things quite well. But as it was, we were experiencing a high volume of inquiries that we do not normally receive, and the process of sorting through these requests and answering them was just too time consuming in light of everything else we were undertaking. Our priority was on developing the Asian office, not expanding our internet gaming operations.” Garner stated during a conference call with members of the media.
Visitors to the site will notice a small amount of kinks as the reopening of these sites continues. Screen shots of the company’s internet gambling software are presently being updated and are not yet available. Similarly, the legal archives of Cashless Gaming are being updated as well, so much of the reference material on the site is not yet Both web sites are expected to be operating at 100% capacity in coming weeks.
